Would you like to learn about what you\u2019ve found? Archaeologists from the Canadian Museum of History, the Nova Scotia Museum, and the Mi\u2019kmaq Rights Initiative in collaboration with experts from Acadia First Nation, are on the South, Yarmouth, and Acadian shores of Nova Scotia searching for endangered archaeological sites, and you can help.<\/p>\n<p>Bring your found items to the Yarmouth County Museum on Saturday, August 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. An archaeologist will identify the object and tell you its approximate age. In return, they\u2019ll photograph it and ask you where you found it. You\u2019ll be helping them discover new archaeological sites, and may help them to preserve important sites endangered by climate change.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s The Point?
